Yup, an old pair of work out pants!
I simply cut out the stripes on the side, made them into a ruffle and then made the ruffle into a flower :)

How do you come up these these things!! I love that you're creative like this and willing to chop up your old cloths to make something new and fun! I need to not get so scared of cutting up and try this myself. :D
